But in some social clusters, especially those that are under pressure and stress, then this force becomes detrimental. Living and working within such environments is harmful, negatively impacting our mental and physical health, the quality of our relationships and our ability to pursue our goals, interests and passions.
We call this force the Team Brain, because the four factors that define whether our social systems thrive or merely struggle to survive are the same four elements that shape our mental health and define our personal well-being.
The great news is that we do not have to be subject to negative, toxic atmospheres. As we begin to understand how the team brain works and deliberately adjust the way we function within the system, we can experience significant and life-changing transformation.
