Today’s session is about how to find a positive way through when you’re used to organising things your way, but now your partner keeps undermining you.

Individual habits, parenting approaches & differences of opinion can always cause irritation in relationships. Lockdown can make these minor issues blow up fast. One of our favoured ways of dealing with such aggravation is triangling. We offload our annoyance onto someone else. The problem is that this doesn’t solve the original problem and can even create bigger difficulties.

This session explores how we use triangles and how healthy triangles can even enable us to move through the problems we’re facing with our other half.
